Seems that you have to go through the library manager now, but different steps if you’re wanting to use it in full HALion vs Sonic? There just seems to be no information or tutorials around for this, and the terminology used by Steinberg is so similar for different aspects that it can be confusing too. So on a Friday afternoon when it got quit in the office we took a field recorder and sampled the lamps, played with a drum stick in 3 velocities and an alternate, processed it in the wavetable, added some effects, took a picture of the kitche… Luckily our new lamps sound awesome and every kitchen has 5 of them.
